The challenge:
With a fast-moving industry and a growing global presence, the business needed dedicated support to keep their content output consistent, professional, and engaging. They didn’t have internal social media expertise and were looking for someone who could take ownership of this channel, while also providing flexible support for other content needs.
How we worked together:
I joined the team as their sole social media and content manager, working closely with the wider content and marketing function. Over the course of a year, I’ve been responsible for:
Managing and writing content for the company’s LinkedIn and Twitter pages
Providing ad hoc support for blog writing, editing, and proofreading
Hosting training and advocacy sessions for staff on how to make the most of LinkedIn
Supporting various departments with content strategy, tone of voice guidance, and ideas for promotion
